Efficient cooling had to be provided for factory workers without having to cool the entire areas which would be both expensive and waste of energy and money. Unlike refrigerated cooling, evaporative cooling is ideally suited to spot cooling because the envelope of fresh, cooled, high velocity air is not affected by the surrounding conditions. large breezair coolers are installed on the roof of the factory , and specially designed ducts and outlets deliver the cool air directly  onto the workers , special calculation are required to design spot cooling system .
